Initially ordered a sesame latte and it tasted like it was spoiled. Told them my order didn’t taste normal. The staff tried the premade drink from the back and they noticed it didn’t taste right either. Asked me if I would like a different drink, so I got Thai tea crème brûlée. I don’t think there was much of the crème brûlée part in my drink, but yeah tasted more Thai tea. Anyways, it’s too bad sesame latte couldn’t be remade properly.

I’ve been a loyal customer and the brown sugar series has always been the main reason I come here. Today I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, but it tasted like a regular milk tea with no brown sugar flavor at all. When I asked, I was told they had run out of brown sugar and replaced it with a different one-without informing me beforehand. That’s honestly disappointing. If your signature ingredient is unavailable, customers should be told in advance and given a choice, not just served something completely different. Also, no apology was offered, which made the experience feel even less considerate. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with customers.

Great looking place but drinks are super sweet as if they got a sugar sale. We tried the viet coffee with matcha, signature boba tea, and a few other kids friendly drinks and they were all way too sweet. The signature drink even had the seared sugar still there halfway thru the drink.

0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs. Drinks are pre made and just sit there not refrigerated. Tried their real fruit drink and received it lukewarm with very little ice and it was disgusting. I went back in for a refund or to switch drinks. Was rudely told no refunds and if I wanted another drink I would have to pay for a new one. No manager on site to talk to, no phone number for corporate just a Gmail. Messaged them and haven't received a reply at all. So here you go bober tea! Good customer service means repeat customer service. Your buisness is trash and I will not return. So if you are reading this dont go there it's not worth the disappointment.

This place is a bomb. The mochi donuts are good but the bubble tea are better. You can tell how good the place is by tasting their tapioca. It was soft even in the drink. You also adjust the sweetness of the drink. We had six in out party and everyone was very pleased with their drink and desert. The environment is very sweet itself. Definitely, a place to be revisit in the future.
